I KNOW I ALREADY SAW THAT. I'm the one that first posted it. HONEST. It made me cry.

then why don't you do your best to try and talk your mom into letting her INSIDE or rehome her.. that is cruel to leave her outside..

I am in agreement with GoldenLuv. She should get a new home. It's ALOT better then seeing her chained outside. I would be so upset if my mom did that.
