Goodbye for now!

Well, we're down to 2 days until Nug makes his grand entrance into the world! Unfortunately, I'm going to extremely busy (tying up final details) tonight and tomorrow so I don't think I'm going to have any other chance to post this - so I figured I'd do it now.

We'll be checking into the hospital very early on Wednesday morning. They'll start me on pitocin and we should have an idea by lunchtime as to how quickly the rest of the labor will progress. We were told not to expect anything until Wednesday evening, night or possibly early Thursday morning!

My husband will be staying in the hospital suite with me from the time I am admitted to when I am released, so he will be unable to get online and let you all know that the baby is here. I will try to pop on as early as I can (if all goes well and he's born on Wednesday, we'll be released on Friday) to let you know myself... so don't look for an announcement any earlier than Friday. As will most of you, I won't be able to be on much (if at all) next weekend due to the Christmas holiday. In addition to having the baby and Christmas, we will also be having company from Scotland arrive on the 23rd so things will be more than a little nuts in the Patterson household for the next few weeks. Oy!

Anyway, I just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas (or Happy Hannukah) while I could. I hope everyone has a magical holiday. Next time you hear from me, I'll be a mommy!! :eek:
