I think it will heal on it's own. How big of a cut is it?

to help speed up the healing wash your mouth out at lesat 3 times a day with Listereen,, or dump some salt into a cup of water and stir it,, and wash your mouth out with that... both those helps with healing stuff like that. :)

Ouch! I also think it will heal on its own. If it's very painful, I've found that spraying sore throat spray helps deaden the pain. Not to take you there, but I get cold sores on my gums all of the time due to stress, and I use that sore throat spray all of the time! Holding a Tylenol on the spot also helps, but it tastes nasty.
