I need a little help......(nothing serious or bad is happening)

i just wanted to ask all USA PTers where can i find a Dr. whose name is Barbara Thoulen (i guess, not sure spelling) shes an eye doctor who treated my inlaws a while ago but i think she moved or something and they asked me if i can find where to contact her, i tried googling, but nothing, so i wondered if you can look in your phone books or something so i can get a phone or address, or even an email, anything.

hope you can help me out, thanks in advance (when they went to her she was i think in El Paso, TX, but like 20 years ago)
