I think that this is unforgivbly cruel, but thankfully the peregrine survived. Whoever shot this bird needs to be punished. Those that shoot birds for 'the sport of improving one's aim' ought to be shot themselveshttp://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/sa...smiley-037.gif. The thought of a bird tumbling from the sky is one of those things that really sickens me.
