Byetta anyone?

Is anyone here taking the brand new diabetes injectable called Byetta? If so, I could really use a buddy through this. It is a brand new and seemingly miraculous drug, but with lots of side effects. I just took my first injection this morning ... tomorrow I increase to two. I'm scared to death!
