Help with pictures!

Help! I am trying down load some pictures of cats to show you,

But it won't let me. Here is what it says.

You have attempted to upload an invalid type of attachment. The valid extensions for attachments are: gif jpg png txt jpeg bmp wav mp3 mpg mpeg mov


This what my picture is called:

C:\My Documents\My Pictures\cat 3.tif

So how do I get it to work? Do I have to change th extension?

you're on the right track...the part you need to change is the .tif

Try opening your picture and do a FILE...SAVE AS...and from the pull down list select .jpg or .gif
