I believe half.com and overstock.com are good as well. :)

dogtoys.com looks good. I think it would be better for US only, but it ships to others. I know there was a really inexpensive, but good looking site I'd found once, I deleted it though I think because it didn't ship to Canada. :o

edit: Nevermind, dogtoys.com doesn't look quite as good as I had originally thought. Sorry.
