I was curious about what type of excersing to you all do??? I need to put alot more excesising in my life besides walking around school campous and pratsing agility with zoey.
I get a little bit of a work out at work. But that's it. I want to join a gym, but at the moment I don't have time :(
When off my 28 days... Walking to the coffee pot for a refill is my daily workout.. That keeps me RUNNING...... to the potty! :D
Actually, I get no excercize. When I was at the hospital with Eddie, the weight just fell off of me from all the walking you do there. I wish I had somewhere to walk.. I LOVE walking but where I live the traffic is to bad and we don't have sidewalks. I have often thought about a membership in a gym but that costs monthly and I could only use it every other month. I use to go to the mall and walk where I lived about 10 years ago but the malls are to far away and BAD traffic to get there for where I live now.
The 28 days I am on the boat I gain 10 pounds and the 28 days I am off, I HAVE to loose it! So I just don't eat.
I try to do alot of walking.
I also do push ups, crunches, squats and jumping jacks
going to beg my mom for a YMCA membership so I can use all their nifty machines and play basketball and raquet ball...
I go jogging at night with Visa, and some days I just take her for a walk. I go for a long walk every Sunday with her as well. I also have backyard agility and agility lessons. Some days, when I feel like I'm putting on weight, I do crunches. I doubt they do much good because I do them so rarely, but they make you feel better! ;)
Mehh...I don't really excercise. I just try to keep up with Camen when we go for walks and i try to watch what i eat.
Weight lifting and jazz dance :)
Walking! In the winter when it gets dark early I ride my exercise bike or use my treadmill. I prefer walking outside though. :)
mostly weight lifting and walking. I have a Bowflex (LOVE it! ;) ) that I use three times a week.

I get UP out of bed. I WALK to my car. I have 2 flights of stairs in my home that get used a lot.
But honestly, I don't get nearly enough exercise. :o
walking Niņo and riding.
I play softball in summer and volleyball in winter. I use five pound barbells, I do crunches and situps, now I do "Rocky situps" boy do those burn. :eek:
I voted sports. 95% of my excersising is at Taekwondo class. We do all kinds of work out like 25 push-ups, 50 crunches, 50 Jumping jacks, and so on. Which is 3 times a week. But the days I'm off I try to practice. The other 5% is at working with my mom, Horseback riding, and occationaly bike riding and softball. Also, in the summer I like to go swimming, that is good excersising. :)
hmmmm....there should be an other....
For the most part I walk the dogs, do a bit of jogging, ride my bike whenever possible and swim a ton in the summer. A bit of weightlifting after school sometimes but not nearly as much as I should...it really depends on how much time I have really
