Happy gotcha day casey!!

It has been 2 years since we rescued Casey from a horrible horrible animal shelter here in my area. Casey was obviously not treated very well and at death row for 10 days, way past her pts date but thankfully they saw the good in her and let her stay a few days more, just long enough for me to adopt my precious baby.

We took her out in the yard at the shelter and she was so timid I wasn't sure about her so I left and went to the spca, my daughter and I could not stop thinking about her. Thankfully we went back for her.

Casey was so timid, I had to carry her outside to go potty, I had to hand feed her for weeks. I hate to think of how she was treated, she was dumped by her previous owner for not getting along with their small dog, she does great with bubba...

She is a completely different dog now, she runs to the door to greet our visitors, she plays with bubba. She still has some fear issues but she has come so far and I am so proud of her.

Thanks everyone! I am taking the dogs camping this weekend so hopefully I will get some more beach photos....that is caseys favorite place I wish it wasn't 2 hours away.
