It's been 4 weeks and still no African Grey :( The breeders feel that he or she is not ready for a new home yet. I have a new picture though if you would like to check out at my African Grey Message Board. Note that the baby took a bite of the owner's finger. :D

I just took a look at your 'baby'. I've never seen a baby Arican grey before. It is so cute. He or she will be well worth the wait. How old do they have to be before they can leave home?
Thanks... Next week I hope. They don't recommend that they leave until they are fully weaned.

Come on you're nearly there. :) Just a little more patience and it will come on with you. I know it's easier said than done, I would be counting the seconds too! :D How are you going to call your new baby?
