Remy's Rubber toys

What does everyone use to clean their dogs rubber toys?? My dog Remy has a few absolute favorites that are really dirty that I want to clean but I don't want to clean them with something that is going to put a chemical or nasty taste on them. (in other words, ruin his favorite toys)! Any ideas that will make both of us happy?

Do you have a water hose attachment that sprays strong or maybe a sprayer on your sink? I would think if the water spray was strong enough it could clean them fairly well.

Yes I have a sprayer. I'll give it a try.
