Most people have some form of PSP, and I don't recommend the program i am using lol i dont like it that much :)
This is one I use a lot and it is easy as pie! I bought it years ago to use with windows 95 and it works well with 98, ME, and XP..

I have paint shop pro 8 and it is a difficult program but has a lot of nice things in it that you can do.
