grrr stupid city workers...

jeez all the city workers went on strike, and at first I supported them, because they were only getting a 1% pay increase while the government workers were giving themselves a 4-5% pay increase however the city workers have now been given a 5% pay increase yet they are still on strike. why? because they want a 6% pay increase and refuse to give it up, which means no buses, no garbage pick up, nothing. now we have garbage piling up all over the house because we have to drive it to a drop off a mile away, this is getting so stupid and pretty soon they plan to stop the para-transit service as well.
