Inbox is full?-Help!

I need help. People can't pm me, and my inbox is empty, even though it says that it is full? I am so confused..What do I do about it?

Did you delete your messages from sent and message tracking?

Go to private messages...and, where it says "Jump to folder"...it's on the right hand side...click on the little drop down arrow, and, choose sent or message tracking, then delete stuff from there.

You also may need to log off and then log on again. But once you have cleaned your inbox, sent messages and message tracking you should be fine.

Thanks! I deleted all the messages!-There was a file that was the sent messages, and I deleted them!!
