I use recipes all the time at work.. I have some of the thickest, my own made, cookbooks you ever saw. That's what I have done, Laura, and I've added notations to recipes in my own cookbook, as well as the others I have an use, for different things that make the recipes work better. Baking time is usually a biggie as everyone's oven is different.
