Can someone resize this, please?

I would like to have this resized to make it my avvie, but my program is giving me grief today. :(

Krista, when I opened yours, it still said 70X39. I believe it needs to be no more than 60X60.

I'll attach the resized version from my computer.. wonder what size it'll show. In my animation program, it's pretty small.... Sorry, Dawn. :/
