So excited!
Some of you may know that I entered Minette's portrait in an art gallery across the street from my house. Ok, TECHNINALLY, its down one block, over one black, but close enough that I can walk to it without breaking a sweat in 99 degree weather! ;) :D
Anyhow, tonight is the gallery opening. I went for two minutes, primarily to see WHERE my artwork was located. I have been praying all week that they did not position it in the office or powder room (yes, they actually put artwork for sale in the powder room! :eek: ) I went in hoping and praying it would be in the main gallery.... never did I expect it to be where it was.....

BY THE ENTRANCE!!! As you enter the gallery, you look straight ahead, and there she is!!!!! Woohoo! Happy dance!
Does this mean that they feel its one of their best pieces? They wouldn't place something truly bad as you enter. OMG.... what if I SELL it!? I'm so happy and excited I'm ready to burst!
