Congratulations to you and all of your fellow Canadians. We Americans do know how much hockey means to you!! I am so happy for you all, though of course, my heart tugs a little at the loss. I always like to think that we Americans and Canadians share more things in common than not! I couldn't be happier for you all! It was a great game!! Celebrate!!:)

Congrats on Canada winning the gold, you certainly deserve it after the 50 year drought!! Way to go!! Canadians are the friendliest people around!!

Way to go Team Canada - Oh I meant TEAM LEMIEUX! With the greatest player to ever play the game as the Captain and the Second greatest on the Coaching Bench (Wayne Gretzky), the Canadians were a favorite to win.

Since I live in Sewickley, a suburb of Pittsburgh that Lemieux also lives in, (He also owns and plays for the Pittsburgh Penguins) I was torn. USA or TEAM LEMIEUX. It worked itself out. Congrats to all you Canadian hockey lovers.

P.S. Hockey is my favorite sport. :) I HATE FOOTBALL :(

I was at Mario Lemieux's very first game when he was a Rookie and even got a broken stick from his third game. I've had numerous people offer as much as $2,500 for the stick but it's not for sale. Can you imagine someone offering that much for a BROKEN STICK???

You''ll like this Candy. At the kennel, we have the most "goofy," lovable, friendly "Golden" client. His name is Mario!! One day, I asked his parents, "How'd you pick that name??" They said it wasn't their choice, it was their grandson's!! He idiolizes Mario Lemieux!!:D

funny thing, yesterday at the trail I was at they had a tv with the game going. I swear there were more people watching that the the dogs run. :D
