How old does a male dog need to be before you can neuter him...... I will explain later why I ask.

you can neuter a dog at 8 weeks of age, many rescues do it.
but generally 6 months is when you have a dog spayed/neutered

I think this deserves its own thread! ;)
And a new siggy!
Ahhhhh :D !!! He is so cute. I cannot believe they will play with the same toy already. When did you get him? Where did you find him? Were you considering getting Beenie a playmate, or did you just see that precious precious face and fall in love? What did Beenie do when you first bought him in? How old is Beenie again? Oh I can't stand it he really is adorable. Congratulations!!!:D
And yes, you can get him neutered now.
Oh my gosh! He's so cute!!! Congrats! :D
He's adorable! Congrats :) and yes you can get him neutered now :) It will be fun to watch him grow up :)
He is adorable! I would suggest you set up an appointment with your vet to have him neutered ASAP.
Congrats Beenie and Carmen!

Ditto! The sooner the better, especially if Beenie is unaltered as well.
What a cutie! :) Congrats!
The earlier you neuter them, the taller they will grow and the longer it will take them to grow because their bone plates won't close so early. That's one reason it's best to wait until later because it's easier for them to get injuries while their bones are still developing. My vet recommends six months for smaller breeds. :)
Thanks everyone.
I will post a thread later when I take more pics and I will answer everyones questions.
:) :)CONGRATS :) :)
What a doll!!!! He is so lucky to have a big sister like Beenie and parents like you!!!! Good luck with the potty training!!!!
