In other news, Bella used the litterbox twice today! *dance* But she won't eat, she only drinks milk once and a while, and I know milk isn't the best for cats, but it's all she eats. What should we do?
what type of food are you feeding bella? It could be the type of food that is the problem.

BTW, you could bait the water, with some kind of soup base. Or even bait the food with something extra special and soft as well. :)
