The way I tell them apart is Miagi has 2 lines that run back the side of him face from his eyes and he is also lighter in color.
But I think looking at the pics again that this might be a trick question. You need to post pics of them in a simular position and lighting. :p
But I still think the first pic is Tiger and the second one is Miagi
