A piece of whole grain wheat bread with romaine lettuce and one slice of swiss cheese, some red grapes, a small glass of V-8 juice (low sodium) a couple Triscuits dipped in garlic hummus and
.....a Nestle ice cream treat (a drumstick)....reduced fat, of course.
Gee, if I had to post this on a regular basis, I might be a bit more selective about how much I eat. :o
A bowl of Campbell's chicken and wild rice soup.
I had a rotten day today, so soup hit the spot.

It's interesting to see what kind of food people eat for different

A couple chicken nuggets, mixed vegetables and Lipton's Instant mashed potatoes......my absolute FAVORITE. :)
