Tabitha has arrived!!
Diane and Jason pulled up around 6 p.m. They had Tabitha, all her stuff and baby Ethan in tow.
Tabitha is a beautiful BIG tuxedo girl who I can tell will make a wonderful addition to my Kitty Bed and Breakfast. She's still a little wired (I tried giving her some catnip but she was too stressed to eat it). She's settled into her cage nicely, with Parker keeping her company. I have a feeling she won't be in the cage very long. She just needs time to adjust.
I'll try and post pictures in a day or so.
Welcome sweet Tabitha!!

After her first night, I decided to do a little rearranging.
Since Parker is MUCH smaller and so much easier to move, I put her in the middle bedroom and kept Tabitha in the back room. They now both have free reign in their own rooms complete with a view and chirping birds.
Now Tabitha doesn't have to be crated at night. I took some pictures.
She is a beautiful Tuxedo with a catitude. But I attribute the "tude" to stress.

Nothing like a little sock filled with 'nip' to chase the old blues away.

Donna I'm still trying to get caught up so I'm not sure where she came from but I am positive that she is GORGEOUS! What a beauty!
Is she another foster?

Lisa,
Lynne Stankard's daughter Diane was looking for someone to either adopt Tabitha or foster her till a home could be found. Diane and her husband Jason drove from Kenosha, Wisconsin to drop Tabitha off, and decided to take a little mini-vacation in Ann Arbor.
Tabitha is doing okay. I ended up putting Parker in the middle bedroom and kept Tabitha in the back room, so there would be less stress.
I've put feelers out at the local feed store about Tabitha. There was a gentleman looking for an older "pre-owned" kitty companion to adopt. But because he's been traveling, he decided to hold off till the fall. Hopefully, Tabitha will tug at his heart string. I know she's already tugged at mine!! I wish I could say the same for MY cats!!

I WAS RIGHT,FOR ONCE,AND TABITHA,IS A BEWITCHING CAT,NO DOBT,ABOUT IT.
