Hi everyone! I just got back from my camp at Sandy Pond. The beach there is beautiful (lake ontario) So I decided to post some of the pictures! :) Unfortunately, we couldnt bring Meeka because the drive was very long and she doesnt do well with long drives. :p I will post a new pic of her at the end though, since she is due for new pics! Anyways, on to the pics!

I live about 15 minutes from lake ontario. Near Rochester NY.

I believe its in Pulaski. The beach and campground are called Sandy Pond. Are you farmilar with Brennan Beach? Its about 10 minutes away from there. :)

I'm not too familiar with it, I have been to Brennan Beach a couples times & go to &/or through Pulaski kind of often during the warmenr months.
Is the campground nice? I'm always looking for new nice campgrounds to go to.

How gorgeous!!! These pictures make me want to go camping! :)

Yes, the campground is very nice. It is mostly trailors with add-ons to them. We just sold ours though, so we wont have anywhere to spend the night now... but we'll still probably be making a trip to the beach every now and then.

Carly, I L O V E!!! when you post pictures...it makes me feel less homesick!! Please share many and often! Just take pictures at the mall, on the way to the mall, at the grocery store!! :D ;)
I've been to Sandy Pond plenty of times...The sunsets on Lake Ontario are amazing aren't they!?
lv4dogs, Pulaski is definitely NOT a place you want to go to in the winter!! LOL!!! Talk about snow belt! You said you are always looking for new campgrounds? Do you ever go up to the St. Lawrence River area? There are great state parks there, Cedar Point in Clayton is my favorite as we spent weeks and weeks there in the summer when I was growing up. But there are others that are great too, Wellesley Island and Kring Point...We also camped at Fair Haven on Lake Ontario a few times. So many gorgeous places in Upstate NY...*sigh* I miss home! :)

Lovley pics! I don't think any of the beaches around here are that nice. (Lake Michigan)
