Meet Bonzai! (again) *16*

LOLOL... ok, I'm re-doing this, because my first thread of Bonzai pics cant even hold a candle to these. He's such a hunk!! I was changing his water and he was in a holding bowl so I decided to take pics of him, which is when I finally figured out the Macro thing. ^_^ I literally started crying (not really).

He is SUCH a poser, and the coolest little fishie. It's incredibly ironic and like me, that I end up favoring the FREE betta over the $85 bettas ;o)! It was so cute, when I moved him from the holding bowl back into his tank he flared around all happily... then I realized I forgot to put the thermometer into the tank, so (after washing my hands really really well with scalding hot water) I put it in there, and he came right up to my hand... I could've petted him if I wanted to, but I didn't want to scare him ~_^ he's the cutest!!!

bah.. also, I told you guys he was a Delta tail.. which I thought I saw on the bag, but I think I was so excited when I got them that I read it wrong. I actually think he's a Crownie or a Combtail. what do you guys think?..

then I put him in his tank and he was happy!! I'm gonna be sooo bummed leaving him here for 1 whole month! Of course, my Dad and Stepmom are going to take good care of him... but he's so fun to watch. :D

Cagney,thank-you. I got him from BettaTalk.com! Faith is really awesome.. I would recommend them to anyone. They have gorgeous, huge variety of Bettas and niiice plants and cultures ^_~

He does look a bit like a combtail, but seems like he might be a crown.. I <3 him anyway ^_^

He is also one of my fav bettas ever, he has such cool markings! I just loooove bettas, and yours are some of the nicest I have seen! Unfortunatly, I don't think I can afford a pair like that, so I think I'll order a marble plakat from Thailand off aquabid then just get a cambo veil male from Petsmart if I see another one, I like those Marina kits, see sig on TFF.

His dorsal fin was torn during shipping, but its growing in really, really well. He has a piece of Indian Almond Leaf in his tank and it seems to be helping a TON, he's also starting a little bubble-nest under it :p.. Some one on TFF said he's just a really battered and torn-up Delta :( I e-mailed BettaTalk and she said he is a Combie Delta. awwww, I love him anyway too, Devon =0)
