Calling all astronuts!!
A little heads up for all you people who like the stars...
Remember on July 4 we are going to have the space probe collide with the comet....
and tomorrow a coverted russian sub will launch a project to check the viability of a 'solar sail'...the technology is new, the idea old....
This satellite will deploy a thin mylar 'sail' to see of the protons generated by the sun, can be used to power a space craft....
If it works there are estimates that a craft can be powered to about 100,000 miles an hour......

I remember spending the Fourth of July, a few years ago, glued to the TV watching the Pathfinder mission to Mars.
