Has anybody joined this weight loss program? If so, what do (or did) you think of it?

I'm thinking of joining tonight. I've get to get off the pot and lose about 50-55 pounds. I think I'm joining the Y as well.

Would you believe I stopped working out and started gaining weight AFTER I adopted Fenway? I walk him all over the place but I need something more strenuous (like aerobics). Plus I need to start eating better.

I don't want to die or get sick and my pets will be without a home (at least my cats would be - Fenway would go to my sisters).

Anyhow, just wondering what you thought of the program if you did it or are on it.
