Oh my what a horribly taxing day she must have had. That's ok sweetie you just put your little pawsies up and rest that sweet little head. I am sure meowmie will be have treats and lots of lovins for you shortly. :D
One of the toughest jobs in the world is to place yourself "just so" in basket! What a tiring job and you deserve at least 6 hours sleep after that.
