I just had a customer come in and she totally made my day!! A while ago (probably 3-4 weeks ago) we had a conversation about cats. And today, she brought me a photograph of her kitty Spice, a calico cat! How sweet is that! I have put it on my wall next to my computer.

I think that's nice, Anna, especially that it must have been a meaningful conversation you had for her to remember it a month later and bring you that picture. That's special. :)
