Just came back from the doctors and every thing is good! My cholesterol count is where it should be, she liked that I lost weight, and best of all they checked my blood sugar and it was 96! I heard the assistant say " Wait till I show this to the doctor" after she tested me. I must have done something right!
Amazing David!!! Congratulations!!! I'm working hard right now too .... can't wait to see how I do at my next check=up! Diabetes is a constant battle! GREAT JOB!

Way to go guy. WAHOO to the blood sugar. I so wish mine would do that at the dr. No I get so nervous that I jump to 120.
