He's neutered and trying to MATE! :-O

OK, I finally figured out what's going on in some of those wrestling matches between Don Juan and Zerlina: He's trying to MATE with her. :eek:

Yes, he's neutered. He was neutered at the time that I adopted him, when he was about 18 months old. He's 5 1/2 now. Zerlina is spayed, so I doubt that she's giving off any heat-seeking signals. :rolleyes:

Zerlina is putting up a fight, lots of squealing and hitting and biting (no blood). She has enough catitude to make up for the difference in sizes. But I know she doesn't like this. Do I need to get a spray bottle to discourage Don Juan?

I think Zerlina sounds like she can take care of herself, but it might not hurt to have Mr. Squirty handy. I have this spayed female foster who keeps "hitting on" TicTac, who's neutered! That is so weird, but not unusual.

It's a dominance issue, and nothing sexual in any way, though it's hard to believe lol! My neutered males do the same thing to others, and I ingnore it. Don Juan is only trying to live up to his romantic name! :D ;)

You mean, when Magoo is "fluffing" CCL's body pillow, he's just trying to show it who's boss? :D

Maybe I will put my paws on a spray bottle, to help Don Juan get the message that No Means No.

ROLMAO!!! And I could sure use some laughs today. I guess Magoo being vision impaired really can't tell he's dominating a pillow! ;) :o :) :D Wally has his 'girlfriend' too...my fuzzy couch blanket, and he gets mighty P.O d at me when I take it away to wash it lol! :eek: :rolleyes:
