Need help please.

I was wondering if any of you had an idea for what I would make up for this.

It has to be make believe

We are doing a "Me newspaper" in Health.

It has to consist of:
Headline(Front page)
Birth
Sports
Entertainment
Financial
New Invention/Discovery
Obituary
Weather
Cartoon

Okay I got all of those done but what I am stumped on is

World News
Ads

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated for those two :)

For ads, could you do a dog food ad or something like that?

World news...how about something about a place that you've been?

For the ad, I like the dog food ad...something that you normally buy maybe?
