High Jump
Hey guys, Is there anyone here who does or did high jump? cause i'm stuck at 4 foot 8 and i can't seem to get 4"10. we don't have a coach, so its kinda just like "hey try and make it over the bar and its too bad if you dont so just jump higher" so if anyone has any advice i would be soooo grateful, because i'm getting really frustrated and it's making me do worse at lower heights. so....thanks:D

Sorry, I would help but I don't know anything about high jumping! :p 4'8" is pretty high though!
