Sick Cat - No Vet Visit

Please post advice for this poster on the above link.

She has a very sick cat on her hands but hasn't taken it to the vets due to lack of money. :(

I have suggested contacting no-kill shelters, she does not feel they are 'proper' no kill shelters.

Does anyone live close enough to help or know of a 'proper' no kill shelter ?

I know,tahtb there are Vets,whowill work,out a payment schedule,oe she can see,if she can do cleaning,or do some work,as no real Vet,would see an Animal suffer,I ma sure,that is they ask,they will find a Vet,that will make a deal,and we pray,for that Poor Sick Cat.I did that with the Cats,when I was jobless,and they needed thier needles.
