Annie and Emma, Happy Birthday!

On March 26th, 2001, I lost my beloved black cat, Magic. I was heartbroken over losing him to cancer.

On March 26th, 2003 the beautiful stray cat had her four kittens next door.

Long story, but my nutty neighbor announced to me "you can have the last two kittens".

As they were certainly going into heat, it became clear what I must do. I lured them into my home on a Thursday and it wasn't until the following Monday that the vet had room for their surgery. It was an interesting weekend.......just ask Rascal.

But today - there will be a celebration for Annie and Emma......they are two today.

Sweet Annie & Emma!! So you are two today....do you have ANY idea how lucky you are to have such wonderful and loving Meowmie? I know that you show her everyday with your headbumpies and purrs and cuddling up with her when she's feeling down..but today is YOUR day and I hope it's filled with special treats and kitty dreams come true.
