Decent Digital Camera

Just wondering,whats a decent digital camera to buy?I want to get one for this summer,and i need a decent one for a good price.
any suggestions welcome!:)

I love my kodak camera, but it was sort of expensive- I saved up all summer for it. I'm pretty sure they have great ones for cheaper too though.

I believe she has the Canon Powershot A80 (I believe I know cause I WANT THE DANG CAMERA..but they don't make it anymore)

I love my Kodak, my Dad is a photographer and he loves his Nikon... Never had a Canon.

We have Fuju. It is good, but a bit slow...:( . I know that the Canon camera's are super. The Caonon A 85 is super!!

I have a Canon Powershot A95. Great camera, but it is expensive (atleast for me it was).

Mine is a mid-range Fuji. I really like the picture quality and features, but I find it is slow for "action shots", you have to become quite skilled at "tricking" the camera to take 'em for you in Auto mode.

I adore my Olympus. It was pricey when I bought it, but they've come down a lot since then. Takes great action shots!

For somthing affordable I suggest a Kodak Easyshare 5mp. That's what I have and I love it, the camera takes wonderful pics plus short 8 minute video and it's easy to use. :)
