Nipo did what?!?

Nipo sat in my Dad's lap...and LIKED IT! :eek: This is highly unusual behavior for the Nippopotamus. My Dad (a.k.a. her favorite person in the whole world!) has been picking her up and putting her in his lap for pets, but until today she would only stay there for maybe 30 seconds at a time. However, today she practically fell asleep and had no intention of going anywhere! I think they were both asleep for a few minutes there. ;)

That is wonderful,that Nipo,is becoming attached,to your Dad,who must be a Fine Genleman,for Nipo,to want,to spend time there.Cats,can always tell,who the Good People are.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news..BUT, maybe Nipo was COLD? He he he...your dad is in pants and long sleeved shirts. I thought you guys lived in HAWAII?

Nippo is GORGEOUS and so cute and snuggly all curled up sleeping in dad's lap. I love the "swivel" ear picture!!:D :D

She certainly looks comfy on his lap and I suspect she is on her way to becoming a *lap fungus*!!:D
What a treat for your dad!! I am also picking up Lizzie for short periods of time but she can't wait for me to let go of her!! At least she doesn't claw and bite anymore!!

Awww... see, miracles happen. My Abby was the same way. She will only sit on my lap while I'm at the computer though. Go figure.
