A brand new Addition!

I got a new Rat! His name is Oreo. He is 8 weeks old and hes precious! Heres a few pictures of him. Sorry they aren't too good. hes a little wild and fast!

Make sure you quarantine for 3 weeks in a separate place that doesn't have the same air passageway! Don't want either of those ratties getting sick.

We have the same couch! LOL. :p

And yes, it is always recommended to quarantine your new ratty in a seperate building, such as a friends until you make sure that your new little one isn't sick. If doing so is impossible please at least keep them in seperate cages behind closed doors, seperate rooms.


If they've seen eachtoher already, chances are, they've already spread diseases to one another. So watch them carefully.

yeah they hadn't seen each other yet. I got Stewart a new cage and Oreo is getting Stewart's old cage.. but when Oreo gets ready I will put them both in the same cage!
