Great news!!!
I was at work yesterday and the Gen. Mgr/VP came up and asked me if I could consider coming on full-time sooner than expected!!! :D:D:D The woman whose place I am taking needs to be trained. They can't do that if she's got to answer the phones, set up files, etc. So, it looks like I'll be working full-time in the next week or so.
I am SOOOOOOO excited!! I've waited so long for this to happen! I didn't expect it to happen till the end of March, beginning of April.
This means I'll get benefits, vacation and a 401K.!
WOOHOO!!!!!!

Jan,
It's the same job only full-time. I love working at the funeral home. Lots of great people and employers who really appreciate their employees!!
I talked to Rick tonight and I'll be working from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Monday through Friday for a couple weeks, then I go full-time. Works for me! And that's on TOP of being on call during the week for visitation services. So technically I'll be full time till I OFFICIALLY go full-time.
Show me the money!!!!
