"Colour noise" siggys and other

It gets pretty ugly when I'm bored. I'll make anyone a siggy, avatar, or a stall sign for your horse. Here are some examples. I also did my siggy and avatar. (Flamepony12 did my awsome blinky)

could you make a signature of the horse I rode this past summer? his name is Whiskey. The colors I would like are baby blue and purple. Whatever works best:) and could you make it animated maybe? :)

No, only at school. The only PSP one is the bunny in my siggy, and I'm still learning, but I might be able to help you anyway. What are your questions?
I mostly use Microsoft Picture It! Publishing, I love it! When we cleared our computer and I lost it I bought it on Ebay for around $10.
