I accidently pushed the subscribe to thread button at the bottom of the screen. What does that do? Does it send me e-mails all the time?

I accidently pushed the subscribe to thread button at the bottom of the screen. What does that do? Does it send me e-mails all the time?
nope, it just means that whenever there's a new post, it informs you on your User CP, right under your PMs.
It sends me email every time so I uncheck it for all the threads I respond to unless it is one I want to keep up with. At the bottom of the page where you respond, just uncheck email notification..
(that is if we are talking about the same thing)
