Everywhere I go lately, I see that. In one spot there were two different ones within a block of each other.... And people wonder why some of us say KEEP THEM INSIDE!!!
thats why i am so against any animal being allowed to roam free in the city.it brings tears to my eyes when i see a kitty or dog like that.
That's just something I hate to see...dog or cat, or bunny or squirrel even. I hate that any living creature died like that...
Keep your animals safe, everyone. :)
