A lack of privacy and the SHOWER MONSTER

I've come to a realization of why I was put on this earth. It was not to better myself or the lives of children I may have...it was to be at the beck and call of my cats. Any whim they have must be fulfilled.

There is a little game Callie and I play when I'm um...indisposed in the restroom.. "THE SHOWER MONSTER" I scratch behind the shower curtain and she tries to "kill it." :rolleyes:

And of course...we always have to have an audience. My husband wasn't home so it was okay to leave the door open!! AND please don't think I'm nuts taking pictures while I'm in the bathroom. :eek:

And it's a good thing Callie is there to protect you while you are "indisposed." :D :D

I thought it was a PT rule to always have a camera at the ready - EVERYWHERE! and you're not the first to take pics in the bathroom! :)

Now, I don't have a picture of this (yet) but when my husband stumbles to the bathroom in the middle of the night, he sits down on the "throne" and hunches over with his elbows on his knees. Pepper has decided that is the perfect position and opportunity to leap onto his shoulders and drape around his neck. :D The first time it happened, he sat straight up and dumped her off behind the toilet. :eek: Now, it's expected and he looks around if she DOESN'T do it.

You know what they say, something about get a pet and never sleep alone (or go to the bathroom alone) again. Funny how they get bent out of shape if we catch them in the litter box!

Way to go Callie for getting that SHOWER MONSTER for meowmie.:)

If only! Edwina has always been a bit of an exhibitionist. If there was someone in the house in proximity to her litter box she felt the need to make them understand it is HER house.

Currently, one of the litter boxes is in a bathroom. Eddie often derives inspiration from Don or me. It is such a bonding experience!

My cats ALWAYS think they have to "stand guard" in the bathroom just in case some monster tries to attack me. MooShoo, in his never ending quest for warmth, sits on the bathroom sink, in perfect line of the heater duct. :rolleyes:

Our 3 think you need a lap warmer as you do your duty. Fun time as you try to do the paper work!!!!

Callie, good girl, get the mean ole shower monster! I love the pictures, and who doesnt allow kitties in the potty with them? And who doesnt bring the camera along, lol :rolleyes:

If you,are nuts,then I am certifiable,as I love my Cats,as they are my family,and Itake pictures,of them,in all rooms,of the house! Callie is a liitle doll,and we all love,to seeAn Orangie Girl,especially Michael,Roscoe,and Nugget,The Orange Cat Organization.

LOL I always have an audience too. It's usually Cirrus and Sky but a few times it's been all 4 of them.:)

Pichu bangs on the door of the bathroom if I don't let him in. And he doesn't sit on my lap, he stares at me :rolleyes:, so of course, I take him on my lap.

Callie usually only wants in the bathroom to get a drink from the sink...Shadow likes to corner me so I have to pet her LOL and Whisper joins once in a while. He prefers to stare through the door.
