For those of you with...

husbands that swear that you are at your cat limit....

Here is the conversation tonight:
Me: Hey honey, Katrina might have a home.

Grant: oh. Thats good. What about Murphy? He's a cool cat ya know.

Me: Well someone would take him but their husband says only two cats, no more.

Grant: Yeah well, I used to say that too. What are we up to now? 4? Plus 2? 5? 6? I've lost count.

Me: Only 4, with two here for a vacation.

So those of you looking to sneak #3 or #4 into the house... just foster! you'll increase your brood in no time! They can't make the kitties go away once they get to know and love them!

So hubby has fallen for Murphy has he? It's that darn kitten stage that makes them even more irresistable! That's how Rosco and Abigail got to stay!:D He knew we had to nurse Abigail back to health so she would be here awhile but Rosco's little kitten antics did him in.;) :D

You don't have to tell ME this!!!:rolleyes: :D

Halo and Pepper were adopted while I was 600 miles away from home. That' doesn't stop him from complaining about all of MY cats. :p

We love our cat daddies!

All I had to do was have Kimlovescats send me to die for kitten pictures, print them off and slip them in the middle of the newspaper for hubby to find. Of course a few sad eyes didn't hurt either.

My husband's favorite quote to me was "cats of three, let them be" but somehow I got him to "take the dive and make it five".:D :D

My husband always tells me no more, even before Stash and Squeeks. But I know that he is a softy at heat:D I am glad to know that yours is also!!

:rolleyes: My husband says we are "beyond" our limit, yet he was petting Whispy on his lap today and got mad when I moved on the couch causing Whispy to jump off him. He's such a sucker.

Down in 1996 we were meeting a half sister of our Tigris who was called Filia. We kept being strong and still my husband tells me we should have taken her:(

My hubby is allergic to cats and was adamantly against us getting a cat while we were in Japan- you know how that worked out:D Now he still says that he hates Boomer, but loves it when Boomer lets him pet him/gives him kisses/plays with him:rolleyes: :D :D I love my silly hubby:D

The Found Cats,are hoping,that you can find room,in your hearts,to keep Murphy,and give him,that Furr Ever Home,that he needs,so much! PLEASE!

I just keep my hubby guessing lol! The numbers fluctuate constantly around here, so he has no idea how many are around! So does this really mean that Katrina & Murphy are staying? :confused: Or leaving? :confused: Inquiring minds must know. :o :D

Hey its not just cats , We got Merlin and then he wanted a dog so we found Lady, he is the one who picked Dugan. And we have 3 cats (all grandkitties. )
I'm the one saying at the limit. I really want a Grat Danr or a boxer ,but I will wait till My sweet Merlin is no longer around as he is a terrble one about sharing me.

Katrina's people are SERIOUSLY interested in her. They are wiling to wait a month or so til she is spayed. I spoke to Heather and she knows that Katrina has to find a new home, and she knows she'll be sad, but as she puts it, "I'll forget soon when you have another cute kitty to sleep with me. I like small kittens." LOL.. she is already hooked on fostering too!

I just hope I have the strength to giveup Murphy. He's such a love.... and PT takers here? Of Debbie, want me to mail him to you and you slip HIM in between Terry's newspapers in the morning? :D ;)
