Still not working~
I think that is because it's a bitmap file. Save is as a JPG file, and it'll work :)
it's only because you have regular brackets around the IMG...you need square brackets like this [IMG] & [/IMG]
bmp's are ok as far as I know but they are generally a larger file than jpg's :)

Just change the parentheses to brackets like this: [ ] and you'll have it! That's all I did.
