WooHoo!! I finally learned how to make a blinkie!

I finally took the time to read a tutorial about making blinkies! :p

Would anyone like one? :) It can have text, or a picture. :) I can make a blinkie, or a blinkie av.

ME!! ME!! ME!!! Make me one too!! Can say Spay or neuter or Adopt from a kill shelter.... Or Handicapped kitties make great pets too... Gee, I am never at a loss for words! How DO you make blinkies anyway? is it hard?
