I just saw an article on Yahoo! about a power plant in Minnesota powered by....turkey poop!:) Apparently turkey output is superior to cow or pig as it's drier and has more BTUs per pound. They get nitrates and phosphates as by product by-products.:) What a creative way to use leftovers!:D
