S.O.S. Rescue- Introduction

HI Everyone! My name is Nellie Allain. I am president and founder of S.O.S. Rescue in Plaquemine,LA (just outside of Baton Rouge). We rescue dogs and cats; we are not breed specific, as a matter of fact, we specialize in PBM's (Pure Bred Mutts...they are the forgotten angels)While at adoption yesterday, I met a very nice lady named Laura. She told me about PT and how, through this forum she was able to save 2 kitties. Being in rescue, I am always interested in meeting rescue people, as they are the greatest!! Of course we are always in search of foster homes (which are desperately needed....anyone frome the Baton Rouge area who can help, please let me know), volunteers, etc...I just wanted to say "Hi" and introduce myself. I look forward to chatting with you all. I would love to know if there are any other Louisiana-Baton Rouge area people subscribed to PT.
