Cavy
I have a female cavy. Sometimes when I let her under my covers do crawl around she will lick my leg. I don't have a problem with it. She just recently started this habit. Is this normal?

I don't think it's abnormal. Most rodents lick, especially if you've been sweating and have traces of salt on your skin. If you're nice and warm under the covers maybe you're sweating a bit and taste good! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif

Yes, guinea pigs love salt! He was probably just licking the salt off your leg http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif! My guinea pigs will often lick my fingers, especially after I've been eating salty foods. Perhaps your guinea pig might enjoy a salt lick. I got my guinea pigs some, and they love them!
